The Phoenix Souls of Dunvullaig Fort
The ancient trees that mark the place where Dunvullaig Fort in Craignish Scotland once stood. The mighty may fall but will always be re born. This wonderful tree re grew out of the humus and fungus of the forest floor that she had helped to form over hundreds of years. Made new roots and thick new tree trunks from her original branches, creating a mighty new generation of Phoenix trees.
